Currently, no payments, subscriptions, or fees are required to access Custody Craft content or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution, Mediation, and Arbitration
As a condition of using this Site, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to the use of the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively as follows:
- Mediation First: The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through confidential mediation conducted in the State of Wyoming, administered by a neutral third party mutually agreed upon.
- Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within sixty (60) days of notice, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Waiver of Class Actions: You agree to waive any right to participate in any class or representative action, and all claims must be brought individually.
- Exclusive Venue: If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
13. Accessibility Concerns – Notice and Opportunity to Cure
If you believe any portion of the Site is not accessible to individuals with disabilities in violation of applicable law, you agree to notify us in writing by using our contact form or the designated email listed on the Site. Your notice must include specific details sufficient to identify the issue.
You further agree not to initiate any claim, complaint, or legal proceeding related to accessibility without first providing such notice and allowing Custody Craft no fewer than sixty (60) days from receipt of the notice to investigate and, if necessary, address the concern.
This clause is not intended to limit any rights or remedies under applicable accessibility laws, but to provide a reasonable and prompt process for resolution. By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge and agree to this pre-litigation notice process.
